Taytum is just like her mom when it comes to sunglasses, we are blind without them. Taytum loves to dress up and as her daddy always says “she is a girly girl!”
Looks like mom and dad are going to be broke supporting her fashion trends:: shoes, glasses, clothes, and much much more!
I had the pleasure of meeting Spike this week. He was the lucky winner of of the raffle drawing that was held at Royal K9 Salon’s BBQ earlier this month. Spike’s parents informed me that he was a gentle old man, and they weren’t sure how he would do for the camera. To their surprise, he was a natural! Tempted by some treats, he slowly moved from one spot to the next. You could tell he has enjoyed his doggie years and now it is time for relaxation! Loved spending time with you and your family, Spike.

How lucky am I? Last year I had the opportunity to shadow one of the best wedding photographers in the NW, Tasha Owen. She sent me an invite to her bridal gown fashion shoot at Johansen School of Ballet, Etc. I mostly observed while Tasha did her magic with the girls. As she set up this shot below, I whipped out my camera and this is what I captured. One of my all time favorite photos, such a innocent beauty.
I love newborns. I love walking in to see that sweet, tiny new bundle in mom’s arms. I love pulling back baby’s soft blanket to take a peek. I love their tiny toes and fingers, sweet aroma of baby, and the contented sigh they make when they get comfortable.
Baby Benjamin was all of 5 days old when I photographed him. I could not stop smiling everytime I looked at him. Best wishes to his parents who are very dear friends to us. The both of you are very blessed
